We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator - CNC to join our team in Mentor, OH. The ideal candidate will be quality minded and attentive to detail, ensuring precision and efficiency in operating CNC machinery to produce high-quality parts and components.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines according to specifications and blueprints.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform routine inspections and quality checks on finished products.
• Identify and troubleshoot machine malfunctions or defects.
• Maintain accurate production records and report any issues to supervisors.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Ability and willingness to cross-train on other machine platforms in the shop.

Skills & Qualifications

• Quality minded with a strong focus on producing defect-free work.
• Attentive to detail to ensure precision in machine operation and product quality.
• Experience operating CNC machines or similar manufacturing equipment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
