Senior UKG Integration Resource

Job Summary (List Format):

- Lead UKG/Kronos integration projects for enterprise clients
- Architect and define integration design standards and best practices
- Develop, configure, and support integrations between UKG Pro, UKG Dimensions, and other business systems
- Utilize Dell Boomi and UKG integration frameworks to deliver scalable solutions
- Perform data mapping, transformation, and interface development using REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, XSLT, CSV, and flat files
- Manage integration processes using SFTP and various data transfer protocols
- Provide production support, troubleshoot integration issues, and implement error handling and monitoring
- Optimize and enhance existing integration solutions
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and manage integration requirements
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior integration team members
- Apply deep functional knowledge of Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Workforce Management, and Absence Management modules
- Maintain required certifications (Dell Boomi Professional Developer) and preferably hold UKG integration certifications
