Job Description
Ultra Corpotech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented finance professional to support our US Finance Operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with US-based stakeholders, manage critical accounting processes, and contribute to global financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day accounting and finance operations for US business entities.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger activities.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and applicable accounting standards.
- Support US taxation, compliance, and financial reporting requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors and assist in internal and external audits.
- Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Monitor cash flow, vendor payments, customer collections, and outstanding balances.
- Collaborate closely with US-based teams for approvals, reporting, and financial analysis.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of financial transactions.
- Support management with financial insights and analytical reporting.
Qualifications:
- CA or CMA (Mandatory)
- MBA (Finance), or equivalent finance qualification
Experience:
- 4-8 years of experience in Finance & Accounts
- Experience supporting US clients or US business operations is highly preferred
- Prior experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Products, Automotive, or Export-oriented organizations preferred
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles, AP/AR, Reconciliations, and Financial Reporting
- Working knowledge of US GAAP and US accounting practices
- Understanding of US taxation and compliance requirements
- Experience with ERP systems, accounting software, and advanced MS Excel
- Knowledge of Inventory Accounting, Costing, Vendor Management, and Plant Finance will be an added advantage
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to coordinate effectively with global stakeholders across multiple time zones
- High attention to detail, accuracy, confidentiality, and process compliance
