Job Description

Ultra Corpotech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented finance professional to support our US Finance Operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with US-based stakeholders, manage critical accounting processes, and contribute to global financial operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day accounting and finance operations for US business entities.
  • Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger activities.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Ensure compliance with US GAAP and applicable accounting standards.
  • Support US taxation, compliance, and financial reporting requirements.
  • Coordinate with auditors and assist in internal and external audits.
  • Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Monitor cash flow, vendor payments, customer collections, and outstanding balances.
  • Collaborate closely with US-based teams for approvals, reporting, and financial analysis.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of financial transactions.
  • Support management with financial insights and analytical reporting.


Qualifications:

  • CA or CMA (Mandatory)
  • MBA (Finance), or equivalent finance qualification


Experience:

  • 4-8 years of experience in Finance & Accounts
  • Experience supporting US clients or US business operations is highly preferred
  • Prior experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Products, Automotive, or Export-oriented organizations preferred


Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles, AP/AR, Reconciliations, and Financial Reporting
  • Working knowledge of US GAAP and US accounting practices
  • Understanding of US taxation and compliance requirements
  • Experience with ERP systems, accounting software, and advanced MS Excel
  • Knowledge of Inventory Accounting, Costing, Vendor Management, and Plant Finance will be an added advantage
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with global stakeholders across multiple time zones
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, confidentiality, and process compliance
