Job Description

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities

·       Lead complex programs and initiatives across Origination, Servicing, Operations, Technology, Risk,                      Compliance, and Commercial organizations.

·       Partner with business leaders to define scope, success metrics, operating models, and implementation            roadmaps for strategic initiatives.

·       Develop and manage program plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications.

·       Coordinate multiple workstreams and ensure alignment across business and technology teams.

·       Facilitate executive meetings, governance forums, and decision-making sessions.

·       Prepare executive-level presentations, status updates, business cases, and recommendations.

·       Identify risks, dependencies, and organizational impacts and drive resolution strategies.

·       Support product launches, business readiness, operational readiness, and change management                          activities.

·       Drive accountability across stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of business outcomes.

·       Performs related duties as assigned by management.
