We are looking for Product Owner - Remote / Telecommute for our client in Atlanta, GA

Job Title: Product Owner - Remote / Telecommute

Job Location: Atlanta, GA

Job Type: Contract

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $55.00hr - $60.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Strong Product Owner/Product Management experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Experience managing product backlogs, user stories, and release planning.
  • Hands-on experience with member-facing applications within the healthcare sector.
  • Strong understanding of Member Enrollment, Eligibility, Benefits, Claims, and Digital Member Journey.
  • Experience working with international business stakeholders.
  • Expertise with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the product roadmap, vision, and backlog for Member Application initiatives.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, SMEs, architects, and delivery teams.
  • Gather and translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Prioritize features based on business value, member experience, and strategic objectives.
  • Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Coordinate with onshore stakeholders and offshore development teams.
  • Ensure product releases align with healthcare business priorities and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor product KPIs, adoption metrics, and member experience outcomes.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience supporting member application programs.
  • Strong understanding of member engagement, self-service portals, and healthcare digital platforms.
  • Experience managing offshore-onshore delivery models and cross-functional teams.

Skills:

  • PO.
  • Healthcare Insurance domain expertise.
  • Experience with Member Portal modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and cloud-based healthcare platforms.
  • Exposure to Healthcare CRM and Customer Experience solutions.

Qualification And Education:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Healthcare, Technology, or related field.
  • CSPO, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering healthcare products in Agile environments.
