PKI System Administrator | Fairfax, VA, United States | On-site | $73,450.00 - $132,775.00 This employer is a globally recognised technology leader serving government and commercial customers with innovative digital solutions. The Role • Provide systems and software operations and maintenance support in a large, multi-enclave enterprise network. • Manage Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) systems, including patching, routine maintenance, upgrades, and implementation of new technologies. • Troubleshoot PKI-related issues for both on-site and remote customers, including assisting Trusted Agents at remote sites. • Enforce security strategies and policies within Identity and Access Management (IdAM) functions. • Mentor junior team members and update troubleshooting documentation for IT Operations Center personnel. • Interact with customers, including senior executives, to handle inquiries and resolve problems. What You'll Need • Experience with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) concepts, token cards, and soft certificates for authentication and secure communications. • Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IdAM) technologies such as RCVS and OCSP. • Experience with Tier 2 system/server administration and troubleshooting complex Active Directory and Windows technical issues. • Proficiency in using IT Service Management (ITSM) tools for incident and request management. • Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customer types. • A Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. • U.S. Citizenship with a TS/SCI security clearance (or willingness to obtain one). • A minimum of an intermediate-level IT System Admin certification (e.g., Security+, GSEC, CASP+).
