NOC L1 Engineer

Position Title :: L1 NOC Engineer

Locations :: Westerville, OH | Onsite 5 days a week

Shift :: 6 AM 3 PM

Duration :: Contract

AgreeYa is a global Systems Integrator and is seeking an experienced Level 1 Network Engineer to join our growing team. Join a high-performing Network Operations Center team where your expertise ensures the reliability and security of enterprise-class networks.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring network infrastructure.
• Responding to incidents.
• Performing initial diagnostics.
• First touch remediation if applicable.
• Escalating issues as needed.
• Ability to work and communicate effectively in a dynamic team environment.

Skills Required:

• TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
• Monitoring Protocol: SNMP, ICMP
• DIA / MPLS Circuits
• Knowledge of BGP
• Incident Lifecycle

Qualifications:

• Associate degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in network monitoring and IT Operations Critical Response Coordination.
