We're hiring on behalf of an established leader in IT services for government clients, known for its innovative solutions and focus on mission-critical operations. This organization is seeking a dedicated professional to join their Field Services team, contributing to a large-scale, essential IT program.

The Role

• Provide direct desk-side support to customers, troubleshooting and repairing IT devices.
• Manage ticket resolution according to established Service Level Requirements (SLRs).
• Ensure proper ticket handling and timely completion of customer-related tasks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve local and networked hardware issues, including printers and Multi-Function Devices.
• Assist other technicians with complex technical problems as needed.

What You'll Need

• Must be a US Citizen and possess a DoD Secret Clearance.
• HS diploma with 4+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent education/certifications.
• Valid DoD 8570 IAT Level II: Security+ or higher Certification.
• Demonstrated expertise in IT Enterprise Operations.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows OS (version 10) and ticket management software (e.g., HP Service Manager, Remedy).
• Basic network troubleshooting skills and excellent customer service abilities.
