This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Analyst to join a growing organisation where data is central to business decision-making. The Role
- Deliver reporting, analysis, and actionable insights to support business performance
- Work with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into analytical solutions
- Analyse large and complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Build and enhance reporting frameworks, data models, and analytics processes
- Support strategic initiatives through data-driven recommendations
- Contribute to improving data quality, accessibility, and analytical capability across the organisation
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial experience in analytics, insights, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role within financial services
- Advanced SQL skills with current hands-on usage
- Experience working with large, complex, or imperfect datasets
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to turn data into clear business recommendations and influence decision-making
- Experience gathering requirements and delivering analytical solutions end-to-end
- Experience with Snowflake is highly desirable
