Senior HR Representative

Our client, a leading manufacturing and distribution organization, is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join their team. As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, you will be part of the Human Resources Department supporting leadership teams and employees across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and exceptional relationship-building skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Senior Human Resources Business Partner
Location: Woodland, CA
Pay Range: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour

What’s the Job?

• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational development, and succession planning initiatives.
• Provide guidance on employee relations matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Support talent acquisition, onboarding, employee development, and retention programs.
• Analyze HR metrics and workforce trends to provide recommendations that support business objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience in an HR Business Partner, Senior HR Generalist, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
• Experience managing employee relations issues and conducting workplace investigations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Training Schedule (First Week): 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM.
• Regular Schedule After Training: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
• If additional training time is required, the schedule will be adjusted accordingly.
