Job Description

Seeking an experienced SAP QM Consultant with strong hands-on SAP QM experience and Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences industry background. The consultant will support quality processes, configuration, integration, testing, and production support in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP QM processes including Quality Planning, Inspection, Quality Control, and Quality Notifications.
• Manage inspection lots, inspection plans, MICs, sampling procedures, results recording, and quality certificates.
• Integrate SAP QM with MM, PP, and SD.
• Gather requirements, perform configuration, testing, UAT, deployment, and production support.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with technical and business teams.
• Prepare functional specifications, documentation, and training materials.
• Ensure SAP QM processes align with pharmaceutical quality and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on SAP QM experience.
• SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA experience.
• Strong QM master data and quality-process knowledge.
• Experience with inspection lots, inspection plans, MICs, Quality Notifications, and Certificates.
• Strong SAP MM/PP integration experience.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Industry Experience

• Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences / Biotech experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of GxP, GMP, FDA-regulated environments, and validation concepts is a plus.
