Job Description

Job Title: AI and Data Engineer - W2 only !!

Location: Dallas, TX, or San Jose, CA

Experience: 0 Yr to 3 Yr

Role Overview

We are looking for an engineer to enhance an existing AI agent by adding new AI capabilities and supporting data engineering work required for new features and use cases.

Responsibilities

·       Extend the existing AI agent with new capabilities

·       Build and improve agent workflows, logic, and integrations

·       Perform data engineering work needed to support agent enhancements

·       Prepare, transform, and structure data for new use cases

·       Work with product and engineering teams to deliver production-ready features

Required Skills

·       Strong Python and SQL

·       Strong hands-on experience with Databricks

·       Experience in data transformation and pipeline development

·       Familiarity with AI/LLM-based applications or agent workflows

·       Ability to convert business requirements into working solutions

Good to Have

·       Experience with Delta Lake

·       Exposure to supply chain, finance or operations data
