HR & Admin Intern (6-month contract)

Job Description

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing general HR and administrative support for ongoing projects.
• Supporting HR, Mobility, TA and Training teams
• Preparing and tracking invitation letters for short-term assignees and business travelers.
• Coordinating housing and car rental arrangements.
• Managing relationships with accommodation and vehicle suppliers, including invoice processing.
• Supporting business insurance registration and assisting with payroll and National Insurance matters when required.
• Assisting with visa application processes and coordinating with UK and China HR teams.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree (HR, Business Administration, Management preferred, but other disciplines may be considered).
• An energy to learn and support a busy HR team
• Previous administration or coordination experience is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

Contract

• Duration: Preferred 6 months , with the possibility of extension depending on performance and business needs.
