Delivery Manager

Delivery Manager Data & AI is a senior, clientfacing leadership role responsible for shaping, delivering, and governing complex data and analytics engagements. This role combines deep handson expertise across the data and AI lifecycle with strong stakeholder management and advisory capabilities, ensuring solutions align with business outcomes, architectural best practices, and longterm scalability.

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or data architecture roles
• Proven experience leading clientfacing data and analytics programs
• Strong handson understanding of data architecture patterns and the endtoend data lifecycle
• Ability to clearly articulate data architecture, data modeling, and AI enablement concepts to business and technical audiences
• Demonstrated strength in stakeholder management and executivelevel communication
• Experience delivering cloudbased data platforms at enterprise scale
• Strong leadership, decisionmaking, and problemsolving skills
• Experience integrating AI and advanced analytics into enterprise data platforms
• Familiarity with semantic layers, natural language analytics, or knowledge graph approaches
• Productoriented mindset with focus on business outcomes and value realization

Preferred Qualifications

• Commercial real estate or related industry exposure (preferred, not required)
• Experience designing or scaling data practices and engagement models
