Job Title: QE Performance Engineer

Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite 4 Days, 1 Day Remote)

Role Summary

• Executes performance, load, and stress testing for County systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and run load, stress, and scalability tests.
• Perform performance benchmarking.
• Support chaos and resiliency/DR testing.
• Analyze and report test results.

Required Skills

• Performance testing (JMeter/LoadRunner).
• Load modeling.
• Results analysis.
• Cloud (AWS/Azure).
• CI/CD integration.

Tools / Technology Stack

• JMeter.
• LoadRunner.
• GitHub Actions.
• Jira.

Experience Required

• 5+ years of performance testing.

Education / Certifications

• Bachelor's degree (CS/IT).
• CJIS clearable.
