Baan Solution Architect

job summary:

We are seeking an experienced Baan Solution Architect to lead the setup, functional design, and technical integration of a new Baan 5 company environment. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional delivery and data teams to translate complex business requirements into robust enterprise solutions, ensuring seamless data migration, system testing, and go-live execution.

responsibilities:

• Architect and execute the technical setup and functional configuration for a new Baan 5 company.
• Drive data migration strategies and Exchange Scheme imports in coordination with ETL teams.
• Lead load validation, SIT, UAT, system cutover, and post-implementation warranty support.
• Provide expert advisory and technical governance across integration patterns and cross-functional teams.

qualifications:

5+ years of hands-on solution architecture experience with Baan 5 (technical and functional).

Strong technical background in Infor enterprise solutions, Exchange Scheme imports, and data migration.

Proven experience supporting full-lifecycle testing (SIT, UAT), cutover, and warranty phases.

Valid work authorization valid for at least 6 months beyond the project end date.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Familiarity with Informatica ETL tools and data migration workflows.

Advanced knowledge of Infor OS enterprise integration patterns.

Strong stakeholder management, advisory, and solution presentation skills.
