Location: Washington, DC, Hybrid Onsite: 4 days per week from Day 1

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Architect with a strong development and solution architecture background to lead large-scale Salesforce transformations for banking and financial services clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience architecting and delivering Greenfield Salesforce implementations, with deep expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC), enterprise integrations, and scalable platform design.
Candidates must have experience defining architecture, leading technical teams, and delivering complex FSC-based solutions within regulated financial environments.

Mandatory Requirements:
·       15+ years of overall IT experience, 10+ years in Salesforce and Minimum 4+ years in Salesforce Architecture roles (Solution Architect, Technical Architect, Lead Architect, Enterprise Architect).
·       Proven experience delivering Greenfield Salesforce implementations from discovery through production deployment.
·       Strong experience working with Banking, Financial Services, Wealth Management, Lending, Insurance, or FinTech clients.
·       Hands-on implementation experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) is mandatory.
·       Strong development background with extensive experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Integrations, and Salesforce platform architecture.
·       Experience leading architecture decisions, technical governance, and solution design for enterprise-scale Salesforce programs.

Key Responsibilities:
·       Lead end-to-end Salesforce architecture and solution design for large-scale Banking and Financial Services engagements.
·       Architect and implement Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) solutions aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
·       Design scalable and secure enterprise architectures across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, FSC, Experience Cloud, and integration ecosystems.
·       Drive Greenfield implementations, including platform strategy, data architecture, security design, integration architecture, and deployment planning.
·       Design and govern complex integrations with core banking platforms, payment systems, CRM ecosystems, middleware platforms, and third-party applications using REST, SOAP, Platform Events, and APIs.
·       Provide architectural leadership for Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and modern Salesforce development frameworks.
·       Define enterprise data models, sharing architecture, security frameworks, and compliance controls.
·       Establish best practices for DevOps, CI/CD, release management, code quality, scalability, and platform governance.
·       Conduct architecture reviews, solution assessments, and technical risk evaluations.
·       Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, development teams, and leadership to deliver high-quality solutions.
·       Mentor developers and technical leads while driving adherence to Salesforce architectural best practices.
