Location: NYC, NY(Onsite Role)


Key Skills: Azure Networking, Palo Alto Firewalls, Panorama, Prisma Access, Prisma SD-WAN, Routing & Switching (BGP/OSPF), Cisco ACI, Cisco ISE, Meraki Wireless.

Job Decription:

  • We are looking for a Network Operations Engineer (L1/L2) to monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure.
  • The candidate should have hands-on experience with Palo Alto Firewalls, Panorama, Prisma Access, SD-WAN, Azure Networking, and Cisco technologies.
  • Responsibilities include incident management, network monitoring, firewall configuration, routing and switching, vendor coordination, upgrades, and change management.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills are required.
