They are looking for a Senior Staff Lead Radar Integration & Test Engineer to play a pivotal role in developing advanced surveillance systems that are critical for national security. The Role • Lead Integration & Test program planning and execution for radar system verification and validation activities. • Develop and execute complex software and hardware test plans and procedures for system-level testing. • Lead integration activities, including the development of test environments and tools. • Provide technical leadership, including mentoring and coaching for less-experienced engineers. • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to define test criteria based on customer requirements. • Analyze data, prepare test briefings, and author comprehensive test reports. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics; Master's degree is a plus. • 15+ years of experience in a technical environment, with a strong focus on Test Engineering. • Proven experience leading Developmental Test and Evaluation, Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT). • Demonstrated background in Radar system software and hardware integration & test activities. • Hands-on experience with Radar Systems and functional/performance testing. • Proficiency with C++, Linux, and/or digital hardware, and MATLAB for tool development/analysis.
