Summary: We are seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager to join our Communications & Public Affairs. This role is crucial for managing the end-to-end product lifecycle of technology platforms that power the CPA's work. The ideal candidate will have a passion for execution and cross-functional communication, driving delivery against an established roadmap to ensure operational excellence and alignment across all CPA pillars.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute the product lifecycle for CPA technology platforms, from sprint through launch.
  • Serve as a business requirements expert, translating business needs into effective technical solutions.
  • Prioritize investment and delivery based on customer needs, business strategy, and value.
  • Engage with business stakeholders and technical delivery teams to build and deliver solutions.
  • Lead Agile/Scrum execution, including writing epics and user stories, managing backlogs, and facilitating sprints.
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication and manage stakeholder relationships across CPA's five pillars.
  • Define and track product metrics to drive data-driven decision-making and demonstrate progress.
  • Manage program management technology tools such as Jira, Clarity, and analytics dashboards.
  • Ensure compliance with USAA's risk, compliance, and accessibility standards.

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years of digital product management experience, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior capacity.
  • Experience in a regulated industry, such as financial services, insurance, or healthcare.
  • Proven track record of Agile/Scrum execution and delivery of complex technology products.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
