They are seeking a highly motivated Chief Systems Architect to guide architectural design and enterprise strategy for a critical geospatial intelligence initiative. The Role • Serve as the lead technical authority for architectural design, systems integration, and enterprise strategy across a high-visibility geospatial intelligence initiative. • Develop and implement scalable, secure, and resilient enterprise architecture aligned with customer leadership and mission stakeholders. • Provide principal systems architectural and strategic technical guidance on enterprise systems design, cloud integration, and modernization. • Lead the development and evolution of architectural frameworks and system-of-systems designs supporting long-term geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) strategies. • Collaborate with various teams to translate business needs into technical solutions meeting performance, scalability, security, and compliance requirements. • Conduct architecture reviews and provide governance to ensure compliance with federal enterprise architecture frameworks and cybersecurity mandates. What You'll Need • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with the ability to pass a Polygraph examination. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline with 12-15 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 10-13 years of experience. • 10+ years of progressive experience in systems architecture, software development, solution engineering, or enterprise IT. • Proven experience designing, implementing, and managing complex, mission-critical enterprise architectures within the Intelligence Community (IC). • Deep expertise in cloud architecture (AWS/C2S/IC GovCloud), data integration, and secure multi-domain systems. • Familiarity with GEOINT data, relevant tools, infrastructure, and tradecraft.
