Join our team as a Manufacturing Engineer, where you''ll optimize manufacturing processes and ensure high-quality component production. 
This full-time role in Harwood Heights, IL, involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness in production. 
A solid understanding of CNC machining and engineering principles is required.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and standardize manufacturing processes, tooling, and equipment for both new and existing products.
Design and implement fixtures and tooling to improve accuracy and productivity.
Conduct process validation and implement quality control measures.
Create and maintain detailed process documentation and standard operating procedures.
Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement.

Qualifications
Bachelor''s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in CNC machining and understanding of secondary processes.
Experience with CAD software and familiarity with ERP systems.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of quality management systems and industry standards.
