Senior IT Governance & Controls Analyst- Remote

Current state process analysis and process mapping/documentation

Working knowledge of ITIL practices such as Change Enablement, Incident/Problem Management, Software Configuration Management, and ITAM

Controls analysis: tagging controls to a standard schema covering risk addressed, control objective, type, owner, frequency, and evidence source

Metrics analysis and classification of KPIs and KRIs against a practice/activity structure

High-volume traceability mapping and data rationalization in Excel across hundreds of controls and metrics

Governance, risk, and controls experience in a large financial services or regulated environment
