Sales and Service Representative

Heritage-Crystal Clean LLC seeks a Sales and Service Representative to support customers in the environmental and industrial services sector. In this field-based role, you will grow and service a territory by promoting parts cleaning, hazardous and non-hazardous waste services, used oil collection, and related solutions. Responsibilities include prospecting, account management, scheduling service visits, coordinating with operations, and ensuring strict adherence to safety and regulatory requirements. You will represent a mission-driven, sustainability-focused company while delivering reliable, compliant service to diverse industrial customers.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with industrial and commercial customers in assigned territory
• Promote and sell parts cleaning, waste management, and related environmental services
• Coordinate and schedule service visits, pickups, and product deliveries
• Ensure all activities comply with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
• Prepare quotes, contracts, and service agreements using company tools
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, service calls, and customer data in CRMPartner with operations and drivers to ensure timely, high-quality service
• Provide basic technical guidance on service options and regulatory considerations
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow account revenue
• Participate in safety meetings, training, and continuous improvement initiatives
