ServiceNow TSM Functional Consultant
Location: Charlotte, NC Hybrid (3 days/week onsite)

Role Overview
We are looking for a ServiceNow TSM Functional Consultant with strong telecom domain knowledge to gather requirements, design functional solutions, and support ServiceNow Telecom Service Management implementations and enhancements.
Mandatory Skills
  • Strong ServiceNow implementation experience.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Telecom Service Management (TSM).
  • Strong understanding of Telecom Operations, including:
    • Service Fulfillment
    • Service Assurance
    • Network/Service Inventory
    • Customer Service
    • Service Lifecycle Management
  • Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, and functional solution design.
  • Experience creating BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience with ServiceNow telecom workflows, case management, service inventory, and order orchestration.
  • Understanding of OSS/BSS integrations and telecom systems.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, UAT, and stakeholder reviews.
  • Strong UAT, defect management, and deployment coordination experience.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
