About Position:
The Project Manager owns end-to-end delivery for one or more Nordic Capital portfolio companies. The role carries overall responsibility for onboarding new Customers and Services, running steady-state delivery to agreed scope, timetable, budget, Service Levels and KPIs, and managing governance, commercials, risk and compliance while upholding the security, data-protection and regulatory obligations of the engagement.

What You'll Do:
- Customer Onboarding & Mobilization -Take overall responsibility for the planning, management, coordination, execution and completion of Customer onboarding in accordance with the Standard Onboarding Playbook, delivering within the agreed timetable and budget.
- Prepare and maintain the Onboarding Plan, project plan, milestones, resource plan and RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) log; run kick-off and mobilize Extended Teams.
- Manage the testing and acceptance regime, including phased and final acceptance, and align payments to the agreed performance-based payment plan.
- Provide weekly onboarding status reports, promptly flag any circumstance that may affect timely completion, and manage changes through the change-control process.
- Service Delivery & Operations - Lead day-to-day delivery of the contracted Services, ensuring quality, productivity and continuity across Extended Teams and Consultants.
- Governance, Reporting & Stakeholder Management - Operate the Governance Model: chair operational Performance Meetings, support quarterly Governance Committee meetings and contribute to annual Strategic Governance reviews.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations and minutes within agreed timelines, and manage escalations through the defined governance tiers.
- People & Resource Management - Manage Vendor Personnel and Key Resources, ensuring sufficient, competent and qualified staffing and continuity/stability of the team
- Commercial & Contract Management - Manage Work Orders and support PCAs, including scope, volumes, Charges and applicable Service Levels.
- Risk, Security & Compliance - Ensure delivery complies with the Security Requirements, the Data Processing Agreement, the Supplier Code of Conduct, applicable Nordic Capital Policies and all Legal and Regulatory Requirements (including the Financial Services Addendum where applicable).
- Continuous Improvement, Benchmarking & Exit - Continuously identify ways to improve quality, efficiency and competitiveness of the Services in line with the engagement's improvement commitments.
Expertise you will bring:
- Delivery & project management: planning, estimation, risk and dependency management, acceptance and quality management.
- Stakeholder & client management: executive communication, negotiation, expectation management and relationship building.
- Commercial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, margin management and contract awareness.
- People leadership: team building, mentoring, resourcing and retention in a distributed model.
- Methodologies & tools: Agile (Scrum/SAFe/Kanban) and traditional methods; Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Confluence and reporting/BI tools.
- Excellent written and spoken English; structured, data-driven communication.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline (Master's/MBA desirable).
- Project / program management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile (SAFe / Scrum) strongly preferred.
- 10-15 years of IT delivery experience, with 4+ years managing projects or service delivery in a managed-services, GCC/ODC or onshore-offshore model. Adjust to band.
- Demonstrated experience managing SLA/KPI-based engagements, multi-stakeholder governance and commercial constructs (SOWs / Work Orders / change requests).
- Exposure to private equity, financial services or regulated environments is an advantage.
- Experience managing distributed Agile and hybrid delivery teams for European / North American clients.
