We're Hiring! Join Dertz Infotech as a Business Development Executive (Remote)


Are you a proactive sales professional ready to spearhead our expansion into the USA and Australian markets? We are looking for a driven individual to join our team and bridge the gap between our expert technical talent and industry leaders in the AEC space!


About the Role

As a Business Development Executive, you will focus on fostering long-term partnerships and delivering high-value BIM solutions to architects, engineering consultants, and construction firms.


Key Responsibilities


Pipeline Building: Utilize LinkedIn, digital outreach, and industry research to identify and nurture prospective partners within the Australian AEC industry.

Global Outreach: Conduct high-volume international calls to introduce our services and qualify leads.


Present Solutions: Showcase our suite of services, including BIM Modeling, MEPF Coordination, Clash Detection, Scan to BIM, 4D Simulation, and BIM Automation.


Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for new leads, managing discovery calls, proposals, and ongoing communication.


Collaboration: Work closely with our internal technical teams to translate project requirements into actionable BIM workflows.


CRM Management: Maintain an organized CRM to track lead status and manage follow-ups across time zones.


What We're Looking For

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 1-4 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
  • Proven comfort and ability in performing international outbound calling.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English skills.
  • Foundational understanding of the construction or architecture industry (highly valued).
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach tools, and CRM platforms is a big plus!
