Job Description

About the Company

At Rezilient, we’re redefining what primary care looks like, making it more accessible, seamless, and patient-centered than ever before. Through our innovative CloudClinic model, we combine virtual provider visits with smart, tech-enabled infrastructure to deliver timely, personalized care. By removing traditional barriers to access and continuously expanding our specialty offerings, we’re building a healthcare experience that’s as convenient as it is comprehensive.

About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Events Manager to own and build our events function end to end, from deciding where and how Rezilient shows up in communities across the country to managing the small details that make each experience a true success. This person will be responsible for a portfolio that spans three key areas: B2B broker, employer, and partner events that drive top-of-funnel growth, relationships, and pipeline; B2B2C member and employer activations that drive awareness, patient engagement, and utilization; and Rezilient-led experiences such as our Summit, conferences, and other key moments.

As Rezilient scales, this role will bring focus and ownership to the entire events function, including the event strategy and calendar, planning and logistics, vendor and venue coordination, budgets, attendee experience, internal coordination, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up and measurement. This role will partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Clinical Operations, and other functions.

The goal is to build a more intentional experiential marketing function that supports sales enablement, customer support, patient engagement, and the Rezilient brand. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable shaping strategy, managing budgets and vendors, and rolling up their sleeves on-site to make every experience run smoothly and feel polished and on-brand with Rezilient’s mission and values.

Key Responsibilities

Event Strategy & Calendar

  • Own Rezilient’s annual event strategy across B2B, B2B2C, and company-led experiences, aligning each event to clear business goals.
  • Evaluate and prioritize conferences, trade shows, sponsorships, and community opportunities based on audience fit, pipeline potential, brand value, and cost.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Growth leadership to determine where and how Rezilient shows up, including speaking opportunities, booth presence, hosted events, and sponsorship levels.
  • Develop event concepts, formats, and themes that bring Rezilient’s care model and brand to life for brokers, employers, partners, members, and patients.

Sales Enablement & Pipeline Support

  • Plan and execute broker, employer, and partner events, including conferences, trade shows, roundtables, dinners, and hosted gatherings that support relationship building and pipeline.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Growth teams on pre-event outreach, meeting scheduling, attendee targeting, and on-site engagement strategies.
  • Coordinate post-event follow-up with Sales and Marketing so leads, contacts, and opportunities are captured, routed, and acted on quickly.

Member Activation

  • Lead member and employer activations, such as on-site employer events, benefits fairs, open enrollment sessions, wellness days, and clinic launch events.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Clinical Operations, and employer clients to design activations that drive awareness, patient engagement, enrollment, and utilization.
  • Develop repeatable activation playbooks, toolkits, and materials that can scale across employer clients and markets.

Rezilient Experiences

  • Own end-to-end planning and execution of company-led experiences, including Rezilient’s Summit, conferences, and other key brand moments.
  • Manage program development, agendas, speakers, run-of-show, attendee communications, and on-site experience to deliver polished, high-impact events.
  • Ensure every event reflects Rezilient’s brand standards, voice, and patient-centered values, partnering with brand and creative teams on signage, collateral, swag, and experiential elements.

Planning, Logistics & Vendor Management

  • Manage all event logistics, including venue sourcing and contracting, travel, catering, AV, shipping, registration, and on-site staffing.
  • Source, negotiate with, and manage vendors, venues, agencies, and sponsors to deliver high-quality experiences on time and within budget.
  • Build and manage event budgets, tracking spend, forecasting costs, and identifying opportunities to maximize return on investment.
  • Serve as the on-site lead for events, managing setup, execution, troubleshooting, and teardown.

Internal Coordination & Measurement

  • Act as the central point of coordination for internal stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Clinical Operations, and leadership, keeping timelines, owners, and deliverables clear.
  • Create event briefs, project plans, timelines, and checklists that bring structure and consistency to how events are planned and delivered.
  • Define event goals and KPIs, and track outcomes such as attendance, leads, pipeline influenced, engagement, enrollment, utilization, and cost per outcome.
  • Deliver post-event recaps and insights that inform future investments and continuously improve Rezilient’s events strategy.
  • Build scalable processes, templates, and a shared event calendar that reduce executional load on the broader Marketing team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in event marketing, experiential marketing, or event management, ideally in B2B, healthcare, health tech, or consumer services environments.
  • Proven experience owning an events program end to end, from strategy and budgeting through on-site execution and post-event measurement.
  • Experience planning events across multiple formats, including conferences, trade shows, hosted events, sponsorships, and community or on-site activations.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple events and timelines at once without losing sight of details.
  • Demonstrated experience managing budgets, negotiating contracts, and overseeing vendors, venues, and agencies.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to align Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and leadership around shared goals.
  • Comfort connecting events to business outcomes such as pipeline, engagement, and utilization, and using data to measure impact and guide decisions.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-moving, high-growth environment with a hands-on, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Willingness to travel for events and work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
  • Experience with event, registration, or CRM tools is a plus; HubSpot experience is a plus.
  • Experience with broker, employer, or benefits-focused audiences, or with member and patient engagement events, is a plus.
