Business Development Analyst

Conduct comprehensive research on regional market trends and industry shifts to identify emerging needs for technical talent; synthesize data to pinpoint untapped business opportunities and vertical markets; develop cost-benefit models that evaluate the feasibility and risk of new client acquisitions; assist in determining resource allocation and forecasting operational costs for staffing projects; support the end-to-end Request for Proposal (RFP) process by drafting persuasive, data-backed documents to win new accounts; collaborate with senior leadership to design innovative service offerings and competitive pricing structures; build and maintain rapport with prospective clients through proactive communication and a deep understanding of their technical requirements; conduct post-engagement follow-ups to ensure all service objectives were met and to identify areas for expanded partnership; prepare and present clear, actionable reports for management to help shape the company’s long-term growth strategy.  Requirements:  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel Management, or related field of study and 2 years of business development experience.  Will accept 3 or 4 year bachelor’s degree.  Work experience analyzing market conditions for technical resource needs; conducting cost-benefit analysis; evaluating and recommending new business opportunities; supporting Request for Proposal; analyzing customer satisfaction; and developing strategies for customer retention and expansion.  Rate of Pay:  $47,000.00 to $92,000.00 per year
