Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC machines and production equipment
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Troubleshoot equipment failures to minimize downtime
• Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
• Repair and maintain motors, conveyors, machine tools, and other manufacturing equipment
• Complete maintenance documentation and communicate equipment issues
• Work independently and collaborate with production and maintenance teams

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of CNC repair experience required
• Previous industrial maintenance experience required
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, conveyors, and machine tools preferred
• Mazak machine maintenance experience is highly preferred
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
