Network Engineer

Job Description

We are hiring a Network Engineer (6+ years) with strong experience in Network Engineering, Optimization, and Capacity Planning to support Telco-aligned network services. The role involves improving network performance, ensuring optimal capacity utilization, and delivering scalable, high-quality network solutions across IP, 4G/5G, or Fixed network environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform network optimization and capacity planning (traffic analysis, forecasting, bottleneck identification)
• Design, deploy, and support IP/WAN/mobile/fixed network solutions
• Troubleshoot incidents and drive root cause analysis & performance tuning
• Develop Python scripts/automation for network analysis and reporting
• Support lifecycle activities (upgrades, enhancements, modernization)
• Collaborate with operations, architecture, and vendor teams

Required Skills

• Strong routing & switching / IP networking fundamentals
• Experience in network optimization & capacity planning
• Working knowledge of Python for automation/scripting
• Exposure to 4G/5G networks or Fixed networks
• Experience in incident/change/problem management

Good to Have

• Network performance monitoring tools

Experience & Qualification

• 6+ years in network engineering
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering / IT / Telecom
