Job Description

Title : Maintenance Manager - GTU
In person, GTU (Georgetown, TX); relocation assistance available; some out-of-state travel may be required

Minimum 5 years of General Aviation maintenance experience; prior Maintenance Manager experience preferred
Certification :FAA-issued Airframe and Powerplant certificate in good standing required; High School Diploma or GED preferred
W2Responsible for the inspection, repair, maintenance, and return to service — or supervision of such activities — for AeroGuard-owned/operated aircraft per FARs. Duties: perform/supervise inspections, routine servicing, preventative/corrective maintenance per FARs; ensure maintenance documentation follows AeroGuard IPMs; coordinate with Director of Maintenance on regulatory compliance; ensure proper training of maintenance personnel and safety practices (including firefighting equipment); ensure current technical data availability; ensure tooling/equipment availability and calibration; maintain safe/clean/organized hangar-shop area; maintain approved parts supply (minimized to avoid stockpiling); basic hand tool set required; periodic fire/safety equipment checks. May delegate duties to qualified personnel without relinquishing overall responsibility.
