Pay Range:$200,000-$300,000 Per Year

Description
We are seeking a skilled professional to manage a team of network engineers in a full-time role based in Secaucus, NJ. 
The position involves overseeing a large-scale network infrastructure, ensuring operational stability, and addressing complex technical issues. 
Proficiency in network technologies and experience in high-availability environments are essential.
Lead a team of network engineers to ensure operational excellence.
Serve as the primary technical lead for a nationwide network environment.
Manage daily network operations to maintain system reliability.
Provide advanced support for network outages and incidents.
Coordinate infrastructure changes and upgrades with clients.
Monitor network health and identify improvement opportunities.
Travel as needed to support critical infrastructure events.

Key Responsibilities
Mentor and lead a team of network engineers.
Ensure maximum system availability and reliability.
Lead incident response efforts during critical outages.
Collaborate with clients on infrastructure changes and migrations.
Maintain network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls.

Qualifications
10 years of experience in network and infrastructure engineering.
Previous management experience leading engineering teams.
Strong hands-on experience with enterprise network environments.
Experience with troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Strong client-facing communication skills.
