The Role

• Perform vehicle glass repairs and replacements, including calibration of advanced driver-assistance systems.
• Take on the Branch Manager role, overseeing technical operations, ensuring adherence to company standards, and managing daily schedules.
• Advise and support customers from order placement through to vehicle handover, ensuring a high level of service.
• Handle invoicing, manage customer funds, and oversee the scheduling and processing of incoming repair orders.
• Conduct quality assurance measures, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with audit standards.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a trade, with ideally several years of professional experience.
• Qualified as a Master Technician or experienced vehicle mechatronic technician, vehicle mechanic, or bodywork specialist.
• Willingness to undergo the required qualification program or already hold the Branch Manager qualification.
• A valid Class B driver's license, good German language skills, and PC proficiency, with comfort in administrative tasks.
• Strong customer and service orientation, coupled with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, fostering a trusting and collaborative environment.
