Associate Quantity Surveyor/Project Manager

Built Alliance are once again delighted to be partnering with one of Sheffield&&'s most ambitious and fast-growing consultancies, who are now looking to make a particular strategic hire.

We&&'re keen to speak with Senior to Associate level Quantity Surveyors or Project Managers who like the sound of a clear, structured pathway to becoming Office Lead.

The team in Sheffield is already brilliant and productive, and with promotions currently taking shape at board level, there&&'s a real opportunity for the right person to step in and grow into an integral leadership role.

The team is predominantly made up of building surveyors, so you&&'d be one of their first hires from a QS/PM discipline, giving you a genuinely unique position within the business from day one.

Off the back of a strong start to 2026, they&&'ve got some brilliant projects coming through, including a multi-million-pound new build zoo facility, a major town regeneration scheme, and several education academies, alongside plenty more to keep things varied and interesting.

Given the scale of this work, they need someone with a strong technical QS or PM background who can help lead delivery with confidence. Business development ability is always a nice-to-have at this level, but it won&&'t be a pressing requirement here.

There&&'s enough work already secured to give you the time and space to properly establish yourself before BD becomes part of the role. Roles that come with a genuine, structured plan toward becoming Office Lead don&&'t come around often but this is very much one of them.
