Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Workato Integration Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise integration solutions using the Workato platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in integration architecture, API design, cloud applications, and automation, with a strong ability to translate business requirements into scalable and secure integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect end-to-end integration solutions using Workato.
• Lead integration strategy, governance, and best practices across multiple business applications.
• Develop and optimize Workato recipes, workflows, connectors, and automation solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather requirements and define integration roadmaps.
• Design and implement REST/SOAP API integrations and event-driven architectures.
• Integrate enterprise applications such as Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP, Workday, ServiceNow, Oracle, AWS, Azure, and other SaaS platforms.
• Ensure integration solutions meet performance, scalability, security, and compliance requirements.
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues and provide architectural guidance to development teams.
• Create technical documentation, solution designs, and integration standards.
• Mentor integration developers and provide technical leadership throughout project lifecycles.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with at least 4+ years of hands-on Workato experience.
• Proven experience architecting enterprise integration solutions using Workato.
• Strong expertise in API design, REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and web services.
• Experience integrating cloud and on-premise applications.
• Strong understanding of iPaaS platforms, integration patterns, and middleware technologies.
• Experience with databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of authentication protocols including OAuth, SAML, JWT, and API security best practices.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Workato Automation Pro or Workato Certified Architect certification.
• Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP, Workday, ServiceNow, or other enterprise platforms.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Previous consulting or client-facing experience.
