The Role • Participate in the full software development lifecycle within an Agile and CI/CD model. • Architect, design, build, and enhance highly available and scalable systems. • Serve as a technical lead on complex projects, owning the delivery of system components. • Break down large tasks and mentor other engineers in building complex, web-scale systems. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to devise optimal technical solutions. • Resolve technical roadblocks and ensure adherence to best practices. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience, or Master's with 2+ years (additional experience may substitute for a degree). • US Citizenship with an active Secret clearance or higher. • Hands-on expertise with Java/C++ and object-oriented programming. • Strong proficiency with web technologies (HTML, CSS, XML, SOAP, WSDL, REST, JSON, JavaScript) and web application technologies (e.g., Apache Tomcat, JBoss). • Deep understanding of software design patterns and experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD tools. • Experience with version control (e.g., Git), issue tracking systems (e.g., Jira), and relational databases.
