About the Role

Reporting to the Enterprise Systems Manager, this role is responsible for optimising enterprise platforms, shaping solution design and delivering measurable business value across Talison's technology landscape.

Based at our Greenbushes operation, you will partner with key stakeholders across Maintenance, Operations, Infrastructure, Finance and Supply Chain to support SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and other critical enterprise systems.

This is a full time (40 hrs/week) position with DIDO accommodation provided and flexible working arrangements, including occasional time in our Perth corporate office.

Responsibilities

• Support and optimise SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and enterprise systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues within SLA timeframes
• Assess and implement system enhancements and change requests
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical solutions
• Lead testing activities (UAT) and manage defect resolution
• Drive continuous improvement, automation and system upgrades
• Engage stakeholders and coordinate cross functional delivery
• Manage vendors and support system performance outcomes

About the Candidate

• Tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or similar
• Significant experience supporting ERP systems, ideally SAP S/4HANA (Public Cloud)
• Exposure to enterprise platforms such as OpenText, SuccessFactors, HSE systems, and other SaaS/on prem solutions
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work across technical and non technical audiences
• Proven experience in vendor management and cross functional delivery
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and process mapping capability-ability to simplify complex systems and translate them into clear, actionable outcomes
• High attention to detail, particularly in requirements gathering and validation
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
