The Role • Deliver expert vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repair services directly to customer locations. • Manage stock, complete reports, and maintain clear customer communication during service calls. • Handle a variety of tasks including servicing, diagnostics, and general repairs on a range of light vehicles. • Represent the company with professionalism and provide excellent customer service during every interaction. • Adapt to a new challenge each day, making independent decisions to resolve customer vehicle issues. What You'll Need • Level 2 qualification in light vehicle maintenance or equivalent. • A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a vehicle technician. • Proficiency in working with a diverse range of light vehicles. • A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
