Contract: 6 months

Daily Rate: £379 - £622 depending on experience

We are looking for an experienced IT Service Design & Introduction Manager to help transform how technology services are designed, introduced and Embedded across the organisation.

What You Will Be Doing

. Lead end-to-end service design and operating models.
. Own Service Design Packages and operational readiness activities.
. Define support structures, ownership models, SLAs and governance controls.
. Partner with infrastructure, cloud, application, security and supplier teams.
. Ensure smooth transition of services into BAU operations.
. Drive operational resilience, regulatory alignment and continual improvement.

What We Are Looking For

. Strong experience in Service Design, Service Transition or Service Introduction.
. Proven ability to build service operating models from scratch.
. Excellent understanding of ITIL principles.
. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
. Experience across infrastructure, applications, cloud and security environments.
. ITIL v4, SIAM and ServiceNow experience beneficial.
. Knowledge of ECB and DORA
