Relevant Experience: 12+ Years

Required Skills:
Solid experience in Enterprise information security, cybersecurity architecture, or technology risk management preferably within cloud transformations or contact center environments.
Deep knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM, SAML 2.0, OAuth, MFA), API Security, Data Loss Prevention (DLP),
Encryption (at rest/in transit), and cloud security controls (AWS, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform).
Hands-on experience implementing frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, SOC 2, and GDPR.
