We are looking for skilled technicians who are passionate about problem-solving and delivering exceptional member service. The Role • Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support. • Provide quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members during breakdowns. • Start and end your day at home, managing your own schedule and workload. • Tackle a variety of challenges from flat batteries to complex fault-finding. • Maintain high standards of technical expertise and customer service. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent). • At least 2 years' post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience. • A strong customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills. • A full UK driving licence. • Ability to stay calm under pressure and think on your feet.
