Compensation & Benefits Specialist - Data & Automation

ACCIONA is seeking a Coordinator, Compensation & Benefits in Melbourne to support design, delivery and improvement of reward programs across a large construction workforce. Reporting to the Senior Advisor, Compensation & Benefits, you will help with market analysis, remuneration reviews, reporting and system optimisation, while driving digitisation and efficiency in the Reward function.

This is an early-career HR/analytics role that uses data, automation and emerging technology to solve real
