Job Description

Business Analyst - Marketing
Largely remote with 1 days onsite per month (Coventry)
Rate - 400 - 450 (Inside IR35)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Business Analyst with Marketing expertise for a 3-month contract with a potential immediate start, subject to BPSS checks. This role involves working closely with technical specialists and engagement managers to ensure successful delivery of marketing campaigns, primarily focusing on automating processes and optimising data architecture.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with technical delivery teams to align architecture with business objectives.
  • Serve as the champion for technical details behind data fields for mailing lists and dashboards.
  • Facilitate scope revisions and ensure testing aligns with business needs.
  • Manage delivery risks in collaboration with delivery teams.
  • Identify automation opportunities in the backlog with engagement managers.
  • Act as a subject matter expert to recommend optimal builds for automated campaigns.
  • Lead business change processes as the engagement team adopts new technologies.
  • Oversee training and capability development for technology adoption.
  • Transition working automation programmes to G7 lead.
  • Serve as a product owner for E-shot, ensuring governance and process adherence.
  • Enhance team capability and embed best practises like AB testing.
  • Coordinate and integrate campaign analysis into business-as-usual processes.
  • Support governance embedding.

Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with technical teams to translate complex data requirements into actionable solutions.
  • Strong understanding of architecture, data fields, and automated marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in leading change management and training initiatives.
  • Familiarity with AB testing and campaign analysis.
  • Ability to manage risks and ensure alignment between technical execution and business goals.
