Position Summary



We are looking for an experienced Network Engineer to join a dynamic IT infrastructure team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, managing, maintaining, and improving enterprise network, server, and cloud environments. This role demands a proactive and hands-on approach, supporting complex production systems, implementing security measures, troubleshooting infrastructure issues, and collaborating across technical teams to achieve operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities



  • Install, configure, and support applications and services within enterprise production environments.

  • Manage and support Windows Server platforms, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards.

  • Build, configure, and maintain development, testing, staging, and production environments.

  • Test and validate software updates, security patches, and OS remediations prior to deployment.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain system, application, network, and security configurations.

  • Work with cybersecurity teams to establish and uphold security controls and compliance requirements.

  • Monitor system, network, and server performance; troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.

  • Assess and recommend infrastructure improvements, hardware upgrades, and technology enhancements.

  • Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams including development, support, and project groups.

  • Coordinate with cloud providers, hosting partners, and vendors to support infrastructure initiatives.

  • Support modernization efforts and cloud adoption strategies.

  • Assist with virtualization and remote access platforms, including support for technologies like Citrix.

  • Contribute to architecture discussions and technical solution design for infrastructure projects.

  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to develop effective operational solutions.

  • Perform additional technical and infrastructure-related tasks as required.


Required Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.

  • Five or more years of experience supporting enterprise infrastructure, network engineering, or systems management.

  • Proven experience managing Windows Server environments.

  • Strong background in enterprise networking, system administration, and infrastructure operations.

  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

  • Knowledge of security best practices and system hardening techniques.

  • Capable of working independently and in collaborative team environments.

  • Professional proficiency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or similar environments.

  • Support experience with virtualization technologies like VMware and Hyper-V.

  • Knowledge of Active Directory administration and identity/access management.

  • Familiarity with patch management, configuration management, and infrastructure automation.

  • Experience supporting Citrix environments.

  • Understanding of industry security standards, compliance frameworks, and vulnerability remediation practices.

  • Background supporting hybrid on-premises and cloud infrastructure environments.
