RHTP Intermediate Project Manager

Required Qualifications

• Experience managing projects within public health, healthcare, government, nonprofit, human services, or community-based programs.
• Strong project management, organization, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Experience analyzing qualitative and quantitative data.
• Ability to develop reports, dashboards, presentations, and executive summaries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with community engagement or program evaluation.
• Knowledge of healthcare, health equity, human services, or public sector initiatives.
• Familiarity with performance measurement frameworks and data visualization tools.
• Experience using dashboards, GIS, Story Maps, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting platforms.
• PMP, CAPM, or other project management certifications are a plus.
