<>Oracle HCM Consultant <>Introduction: <>The Oracle HCM Consultant will play a crucial role within our team, working closely with our client Cheniere Energy in Houston, TX. The consultant will be responsible for hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud and leading the annual compensation cycle from planning to deployment. <>Responsibilities:

• <>Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
• <>Extensive experience with the Oracle Workforce Compensation module.
• <>Lead and support a complete annual compensation cycle from planning and configuration through testing, deployment, and post-cycle support.
• <>Troubleshoot issues, configure the application, and provide best-practice recommendations.
• <>Experience integrating Workforce Compensation with other Oracle HCM modules.

<>Requirements: <>Required:

• <>Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
• <>Extensive experience with the Oracle Workforce Compensation module.
• <>Experience leading and supporting a complete annual compensation cycle from planning and configuration through testing, deployment, and post-cycle support.
• <>Ability to troubleshoot issues, configure the application, and provide best-practice recommendations.

<>Preferred:

• <>Experience with additional Oracle HCM Cloud modules, such as Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, Absence Management, Benefits, EBS Time & Labor, or UKG.
• <>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
