The Role • Operation, control, and monitoring of the manufacturing process according to production instructions. • Cleaning and sterilization of format parts and packaging materials. • Ensuring process safety by adhering to GMP and SGU guidelines. • Collaborating with the team and taking responsibility for specific areas of the manufacturing process. • Documenting manufacturing steps according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). • Performing hygiene monitoring and supporting preventive maintenance. • Participating in optimization projects for continuous improvement. What You'll Need • Completed training as a pharmaceutical technician, chemical technician, production specialist in chemistry, or a comparable qualification. • Several years of experience in the pharmaceutical or food industry, ideally in cleanroom environments. • Experience in aseptic manufacturing processes is advantageous. • Willingness to learn and engage with plant engineering topics. • Basic knowledge of IT applications (e.g., MS Office, SAP is beneficial). • High degree of personal responsibility and a strong quality awareness. • Willingness to work in shifts (initially short 4-shift, later full continuous 5-shift rotation). • Good German language skills, both written and spoken.
