Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: San Francisco, California (Hybrid)

Job Summary: We are supporting an opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to help strengthen IT Hygiene governance, reporting, and compliance visibility across the enterprise. This position plays an important part in building sustainable reporting, supporting process consistency, and providing leadership with clear insights that drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain sustainable reporting mechanisms that measure adoption, maturity, and value realization for IT Hygiene initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT leaders and initiative owners to assess compliance with defined policies, standards, and metrics.
• Identify non-compliance, negative trends, and emerging risks, and communicate findings to leadership for follow-up action.
• Produce monthly compliance and performance reports, while supporting process oversight, initiative tracking, and cross-functional coordination.

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• 6–10 years of experience in IT compliance, governance, analytics, or related functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and identify meaningful trends.
• Proven experience developing and maintaining dashboards or reports using Power BI, Excel, or ServiceNow Performance Analytics/Platform Analytics.
• Familiarity with IT governance frameworks such as ITIL or COBIT, along with compliance or audit processes within large organizations.
• Strong expertise in Jira and ServiceNow is required for consideration.
