Job Description

Job: IT Project Manager
LOCATION Remote
DURATION 6 months
REQUIRED SKILLS
* Experience managing infrastructure, technology, operations, or business integration projects
* Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Experience working with vendors, third-party partners, and cross-functional teams
* Ability to create and maintain project plans, status reports, and stakeholder communications
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, drive solutions, and escalate when appropriate
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in dynamic or evolving environments
* Comfortable working in field-based, distributed, or non-traditional business settings
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
* Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering results
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Coordinate and manage infrastructure-focused projects supporting business integrations and operational improvements
* Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, status reports, and stakeholder communications
* Track project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and drive timely resolution of issues
* Facilitate collaboration between internal teams, vendors, and business stakeholders
* Oversee vendor activities, project documentation, and implementation milestones
* Monitor project scope, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with business objectives
* Conduct regular project meetings and provide updates to leadership and stakeholders
* Support process improvements and establish consistent project management practices across initiatives
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience managing remote or distributed project teams
* Experience leading infrastructure implementation projects
* Strong stakeholder management and executive reporting experience
* Experience with project management methodologies and best practices
